About Me

My photo
Jessica
Wife, mom, daughter, sister, cook, student, crossfit junkie, runner, Aquarius, music lover, foodie, wine-o. The kitchen is my favorite room in the house and an apron is my favorite article of clothing (along with my tennis shoes!). I read cookbooks like novels and subscribe to an insane amount of food magazines. I'm also a culinary student. Incorporating healthy cooking into my healthy lifestyle is something that brings me joy for my family. Setting a good example to my children on living a healthful life is a priority for me. Daily exercise, food for fuel and mindful living is my ongoing journey.
